The Loss Prevention Audit Program involves our trained and experienced staff spending time on location auditing the following

Operation Efficiency

Once the audit is completed your loss prevention specialist will provide a written report with our findings and recommendations for implementing improvements.  The improvement plan will be prioritized and can be designed to be scaleable to fit a multi-phased approach.
